How to use
Cooking Oil: Use in place of regular vegetable oil for frying, sautéing, baking, and salad dressing. Add to your smoothies, oatmeal and of course bulletproof coffee to feel energised throughout the day.
Oil Pulling: Swish oil in your mouth for about 5 mins to moisturise your gums and increasing saliva production, which can reduce bacteria and promote oral health.
Hair & Skincare: Use as a protective barrier on skin to retain moisture, diminish the signs of ageing and sooting effect. On using it on hair, works as a moisturising conditioner and scalp cleanser.
Makeup Remover: Smooth the oil over your skin with your fingers, then wipe it off with a dry cotton ball and it’ll take your makeup with it.
