Kanz & Muhul Thool Rajma (Cranberry Beans) – 950 g
Brownish speckled cranberry beans. Thool translates to egg, which means these are egg shaped and smooth in texture.
Soak overnight or at least for 6 hours and pressure cook with water (usually 3 times above the level of beans). Use them to make spicy gravies with or without onion tomato or Indian style burritos. Rich and creamy after boiling, melts as you bite into. Rice source of dietary fibre, iron and proteins.
