The crimson coloured, sweet and flavourful threads of saffron are derived from the rare flowers of “saffron crocus.” They are collected from organic fields of flowers and sun-baked to form seasonings that spice up several Indian sweets. It is a two-step procurement process without any machine involvement or chemical additives. In this way we ensure the goodness of saffron is retained for optimum use.
