Honey and Spice AGNA A2 Desi Cow Ghee

The ghee is made from the milk of an indigenous cow breed named Gir from Gujarat. The main purpose is to conserve the native cow breeds of India which are rapidly disappearing due to slaughter and the increase in imported cow breeds. Cows are treated with utmost care and dignity and ensure the calf gets enough milk before the cow is milked.

The traditional Bilona method is used to make the ghee and this is the method that gives the most nutritious and healthy ghee.
