Winter is the season for delicious and warm foods. Here. We bring you a Winter Thali, in which we will prepare Baingan Lehsun Ka Bharta (roasted eggplant and garlic mash) cooked in Groundnut Oil. Along with that, we’ll make Aloo Methi Sabzi (potato and fenugreek curry), Gajar Matar (carrot and peas), and Mogri Curry using Conscious Food's groundnut oil and spices.
