Return , Refund and Cancellation Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Manufacturing defect

The return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Products

Due to hygiene and food safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Products without original packaging

Refunds

After inspection and approval:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

If cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
